Chief baker and founder, Sam has been planning on opening a bakery ever since she sold her first batch of brownies to her neighbors when she was 8. The idea for Bake Me Home Tonight came to her one daydream and she hasn't looked back. After all, the world is a better place with baked goods in it.

Around 2015 Sam went dairy free for health reasons, and began looking into cookies and cakes that still taste great without causing intolerance issues. Realizing that there is a need for delicious dairy-free baking, she decided to adapt a few of her personal favorite recipes to be completely dairy free!
